Six Sentences Shared

For now, I've finished sharing sentences from one of my works in progress (The Sweater Curse sequel). To read, the complete scene, please look to the right of the screen.
Here are six sentences from a piece that currently has no home--meaning it's not a work in progress or a stand alone. Enjoy.
"I found Sally sitting on her kitchen floor. Her knees were drawn to her chest as she slowly rocked back and forth. Prone on the floor next to her was a body I recognized as her husband--a large knife embedded in his back. She struggled for words, but all I heard were sobs. Word by word, I added each and finally understood. "" she asked.
Enough of me.

Did she stab him or someone else? I have questions. So many questions!

Great six!

Interesting, and it certainly raises more questions than gives answers. There's Sarah's question; there's also "Why?"

Hi Sarah, Casi, Sandra and Keri
Thank you so much for your kind words.
Sarah, Casi and Keri
I wish I could answer your questions, but, unfortunately, right now, I'm as puzzled as you are.
Thank you for your encouragement regarding the sequel. Right after I finish Turning (my current wip) I will devote more effort on finishing The Sweater Curse sequel. Right now it's simply a pile of scribed notes.
